The recent surge coincides with YZi Lab launching a $1 billion Builder Fund, aimed at accelerating innovation in the DeFi, artificial intelligence, physical assets, and other sectors within the Binance Coin (BNB) ecosystem. YZi Lab, founded by Binance co-founder Zhao Changpeng (CZ), is currently integrating its flagship accelerator project on the BNB chain, "Most Valuable Builder," into its global incubation platform, providing early-stage founders with up to $500,000 in funding and guidance. However, the remarkable growth of BNB has sparked some controversy, with some traders accusing market manipulation, while others attribute it to the project's fundamentals and the BNB chain's expanding network of over 60 million active users. With the valuation of BNB skyrocketing, Zhao Changpeng now holds over 60% of the BNB supply, and his wealth may now exceed $100 billion.
